Teen Center
The Teen Center, located in Bridgeton High School, is a School-Based Youth Services program funded by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families and CompleteCare Health Network.
It’s purpose is to provide medical care, counseling services, prevention, support and enrichment services to students in a central location – their school!
To allow your child to participate in Teen Center Services, click the links below and submit the Consent and Registration forms. It is also important to review the Patient Rights and Notice of Privacy Practice Statements.
The Teen Center Services Include:
- Counseling Services
Individual & group counseling services and support to BHS students.
- APPI (Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Initiative)
Education, support, & counseling to encourage students to prevent pregnancy & STI’s and have healthy relationships.
- Medical/Dental
Insurance assistance, physicals, immunizations, acute health care, preventative care, and health assessments.
- Activities
After-school activities: crafts, games, & trips.
- Groups
Latin American Club (LAC), Reducing the Risk, GSA (Gay, Straight, Alliance), RICH Gents, ESL Student Support Group, Stress Management/Yoga, Grief Support, Transition for 9th Graders and Senior Support.
