Aside from a wide range of services including primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, dental, mental health, and podiatry; CompleteCare offers evening and weekend hours, 24/7 access by phone or portal, and a team of board-certified providers.

By having so many staff members who are also patients here, we feel that they have a strong understanding of what our patients want in a healthcare provider, including how they want to be treated from the first call to the end of their visit and beyond. We work to instill this message into our staff; asking them to consider their own needs and wants when seeking healthcare and urging them to treat patients with that same care in mind.

As the Director of Special Projects, I initiate and oversee the implementation of any new projects or proposed ideas that come through the organization. Along with administrative responsibilities, I also spend a considerable amount of time at our various sites, building relationships with the staff and patients. I choose CompleteCare for my own, and my daughters' care because I love being able to have a "one stop shop" for all of our healthcare needs. As a busy working mother of five children, I have limited time to go to doctor or dental visits. CompleteCare has been my healthcare home since I was born. My mom brought me to see Dr. Alberici when I was a baby and I have been a patient through my teens and into my adult life and now I bring my own children here for care, too. I love the service I receive from our staff and providers and they always make me feel comfortable, even when I might be a little nervous. I started working at CompleteCare in 2015 and I really love the work I do. I have been coming to CompleteCare since 2009 and used their women’s health services while I was pregnant with my daughter. Now we both come to CompleteCare and use many of the services offered, including primary care, pediatrics, dental and eye care. I work in our administration building as an Administrative Assistant, so not all of the medical staff recognizes me as a coworker, but that doesn’t change the way they treat us when we come in for care. Everyone is helpful and accommodating and I always feel like the providers treat us with care and respect.

As Director of Nursing a big part of my job is hiring and overseeing our medical assistant and nursing staff. In my role I try first and foremost to hire staff who are kind and who understand that all of the patients they come into contact with each day need to feel their concern and compassion above all else. Almost my entire family comes to CompleteCare, starting from my mom, my sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews. One of the most important things about the care we receive at CompleteCare is that my family members can receive their medical care in Spanish if they want to; this goes a long way in helping them better understand how to follow their plan of care and I feel like it makes a big difference in their overall health. As a patient, a former Medical Assistant and now a Practice Manager at CompleteCare I get to see firsthand how much our patients appreciate the services we provide to them and it makes me extremely happy and proud to work here.
