The Teen Center, located in Bridgeton High School, is a School-Based Youth Services program funded by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families and CompleteCare Health Network.
It's purpose is to provide medical care, counseling services, prevention, support and enrichment services to students in a central location - their school!
Teen Center Services Include:
Individual & group counseling services and support to BHS students.
APPI (Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Initiative)
Education, support, & counseling to encourage students to prevent pregnancy & STI’s and have healthy relationships.
Insurance assistance, physicals, immunizations, acute health care, preventative care, and health assessments.
After-school activities: crafts, games, & trips.
Freshman Transitions, Between Us, Man Up, Grief, Senior Support, Topics, & Latin American Club (LAC)
