CompleteCare is pleased to offer patients the ability to pay their bill with a credit card online or by phone. You can use the secure form below to pay your bill online any time – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What you will need to pay your bill online
- Your CompleteCare account number (located on your billing statement)
- The payment address (as it appears on your billing statement)
- The balance owed on your bill (labeled as "pay this amount") and
- Your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card

The CompleteCare Patient Billing Customer Service Center can be reached at 856-451-4700 ext. 1616, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Patients may also pay their bills in person at any CompleteCare health center.
