Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update March 12, 2020 –
At CompleteCare Health Network, we are closely watching the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its possible impact in our communities. We are also taking steps to reduce the impact in our health centers and on our patients.
We are urging everyone to follow the CDC guidelines for prevention. It is also important to rely on trusted sources like CDC.gov for news and information. Washing your hands regularly and avoiding close contact with those who are ill is another important step.
Because of an influx of calls and visits, we are encouraging our patients who are not calling about the Coronavirus to use our website CompleteCareNJ.org for appointment requests, medication refills, and referral requests. You can also submit forms to address questions or concerns via our Contact Us page.
If you suspect that you have the coronavirus because you have traveled to one of the affected areas, have been around someone who has the Coronavirus, and you have symptoms such as shortness of breath, a cough and a fever please follow these instructions carefully:
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact 9-1-1.
- If you are not having emergency symptoms, stay home and stay away from others.
- Call your primary healthcare provider, if that is CompleteCare Health Network, the number is 856-451-4700.
Once you reach your primary healthcare provider they will connect you with one of the providers on our Coronavirus Task Force who will review your symptoms and help you decide on next steps.
