Vaccine appointments for both the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson are available at CCHN. 

Booster doses are also available for those who are eligible.

Sign up through the website and be sure to bring your COVID vaccine card to your visit.

No vaccine appointments will be scheduled over the phone. 

CompleteCare is not currently offering the Pfizer vaccine, which is the only vaccine indicated for those age 12 and up. Please visit https://www.vaccines.gov/ to find resources for this vaccine.

 

How to Get Tested Locally

PLEASE NOTE: You are still required to wear a mask at all CCHN locations. Masks must cover your nose and mouth and be worn at all times to your visit to one of CompleteCare's health centers.

How to Get Tested for COVID-19

**PLEASE NOTE: After you have been tested you can log-in to your LabCorp Patient Portal (set-up is quick and easy) to see your results once they have come back. 

COVID Testing - Please read carefully.

  • CCHN is offering drive-thru PCR COVID-19 testing at 1026 N. High Street, Millville.
  • Appointments are required on Mondays & Tuesdays. Wednesday-Friday, both appointments and walk-ins are welcome.
  • You cannot be tested for COVID at any other location.

To Get Tested by Appointment:

  1. Schedule an appointment by calling 856-451-4700 or clicking here: https://www.completecarenj.org/request-an-appointment/
  2. Schedule a telemedicine appointment with a provider to discuss symptoms.
  3. Schedule a testing appointment - your testing prescription will be sent to the testing location.
  4. Get tested!
  5. Results on the LabCorp patient portal, usually within 3 days.

  1. Arrive at the testing location during the operating hours. 
  2. Visit with a provider on-site.
  3. Get tested!

Additional COVID Info

CompleteCare accepts Medicaid, Medicare as well as private insurance plans and those without insurance. The test will be free of charge and no co-pay will be required for the screening. If you have insurance, your carrier will be charged for the service. 

The CDC has guidance for who should be tested, but decisions about testing are at the discretion of state and local health departments and/or individual clinicians.

Information About Visiting CompleteCare at This Time

  • Despite eased mask restrictions in NJ, you must still wear a mask when visiting a CompleteCare site.
  • Do not visit CompleteCare if you suspect you have COVID-19 (allowed at testing sites only).
  • If you have a fever, cough or other symptoms, you may not be permitted inside a CompleteCare location.
  • The number of guests allowed inside may be limited during your visit.
  • You may be asked to wait in your car while waiting for your visit.
  • Social distancing will be required.
  • Your temperature will be taken at the door and screening questions will be asked.

Symptoms of COVID-19

Reported illnesses have ranged from mild symptoms to severe illness and death for confirmed coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases.

The following symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure.

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Chills
  • Muscle Aches
  • Headache
  • Sore Throat
  • Repeated Shaking with Chills
  • Loss of Taste or Smell

What To Do if You Have Symptoms

If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and/or develop a fever and symptoms, such as cough or difficulty breathing, visit one of our testing sites. Remain socially distant from others while waiting for testing and results.

COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments

We are working with community partners, including churches, school and businesses to help as many people in our community get vaccinated. To date CompleteCare has helped vaccinate over 6,000 people for COVID-19.

It is important to keep your vaccine record card in a safe place. This card offers proof that you have been vaccinated.

Other Steps to Stay Healthy

  • The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.
  • The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person.
    • Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).
    • Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
  • These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.

To Protect Yourself:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Put distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick.
  • Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care. Call 856-451-4700 if you have questions.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
  • Throw used tissues in the trash.
  • Immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

Cover your mouth & nose with a cloth face cover when around others

  • You could spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick.
  • Everyone should wear a cloth face cover when they have to go out in public, for example to the grocery store or to pick up other necessities.
    • Cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
  • The cloth face cover is meant to protect other people in case you are infected.
  • Do NOT use a facemask meant for a healthcare worker.
  • Continue to keep about 6 feet between yourself and others. The cloth face cover is not a substitute for social distancing.
