CompleteCare Family Health Foundation Hires Director

CompleteCare Family Health Foundation Hires Director

After a competitive search process, the CompleteCare Family Health Foundation is pleased to announce that they have hired a foundation director to lead the organization.

Stephanie Shelton, formerly the coordinator of CompleteCare Health Network’s Connected Families Program, has been chosen to serve as foundation director. “Stephanie’s work ethic and passion for CompleteCare’s mission are clear. We are ecstatic to have her on board and I am looking forward to watching the foundation grow under her direction,” said Emily Paul, Vice President of Marketing and Development.

Aside from her work with CompleteCare, Shelton also has experience as a successful small business owner and a background of committed community service which made her an excellent choice for the foundation.

“I am humbled and excited to be a part of the CompleteCare Family Health Foundation at its start,” said Shelton, who began her work with the organization at the beginning of January. “I have always had the desire to do good and to help others and the foundation has the potential to benefit so many people by supporting CompleteCare Health Network’s programs.”

Founded in November 2015, the CompleteCare Family Health Foundation was created to raise funds for CompleteCare Health Network and the many services the organization provides to the community. In 2016, CompleteCare saw over 60,000 patients in Cape May, Cumberland and Gloucester County for over 236,000 visits. Currently, 76% of the patients CompleteCare serves are below 200% of Federal poverty guidelines and over 16,000 are children and youth.  In addition to the medical, dental and specialty care CompleteCare provides, they also offer many innovative programs that focus on the importance of children's dental care, women's health in pregnancy, child literacy, and more.

In 2017 the foundation will host a variety of events to help them reach their fundraising goals, including April’s Greater Bridgeton Legends.
