Preceding graduation from Rowan University with a BA in Business Administration, Mr. Edwards served in the U.S. NAVY in San Diego, CA. After honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy, Mr. Edwards completed his MBA at Wilmington College in Wilmington, DE. Mr. Edwards is very active in his community and has enjoyed many civic responsibilities including: Board Member for the Bridgeton Board of Education, Secretary for Gateway Community Action Partnership, member of the Nehemiah Coalition, Human Services Advisory Council and served as President of the Bridgeton Rotary Lunch Club. He was awarded the MCN 2009 Unsung Hero Award for distinguished dedication to migrant health and was also chosen the 2011 honoree for the Vineland chapter of the NAACP. In 2014, Mr. Edwards was elected as a Councilman for the City of Bridgeton.He currently resides in Bridgeton with his wife and two daughters.

Richard Elwell became the Vice President of Business Services for CompleteCare in 2013. His responsibilities include directing all financial activities at CompleteCare and assisting the CEO and fellow executives with ensuring that the organization remains as healthy as its patients. Richie collaborates with other departments to develop system-wide projects, programs and procedures to assist with optimal revenue collection. He is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and volunteer regulatory agencies and is responsible for the management and reporting requirements for all federal and our largest state grants. He serves on the Business Performance, Performance Improvement, and Rapid Response Teams. Richie formerly served as the VP of School Services from 2010-2013, where he was responsible for budgetary, programmatic and staff oversight at CompleteCare’s four school-based sites and CCHN’s Smile Smart Dental Program. He still maintains final responsibility for operational, budgetary and productivity for all functions of our School Services Department. Mr. Elwell is active in the community and is a founding board member and current board chair of the Bridgeton Area Police Athletic League, serving on both the fundraising and activity committees. Richie has been appointed by the Board of Chosen Freeholders to serve the residents of the area as a member County Inter-Agency Coordinating Council as well as serving as vice chair of the Youth Services Advisory Council. He is a member of the Bridgeton Rotary Club and serves on the auditing committee. Richie has also been the chair of the ticket committee for the Bridgeton Legends event, helping to raise over $40,000 annually that benefits the operations of local nonprofits.

As Vice President of Communications and Development Emily oversees all communications, human resources, marketing, grant writing and fundraising for CompleteCare. Emily previously held the position of Marketing Manager for Media Communications at United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, one of the largest nonprofits in the Philadelphia Metro Area. While at United Way, Emily's public relations and social media work focused on promoting giving, advocacy and volunteerism as a means to improve education for children, income for families and health for seniors. Emily received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and a Master of the Arts from Kent State University in Ohio. She has run 10 marathons on her way to her goal of 50. Emily is originally from Cape May Court House and now resides in South Dennis, NJ with her family.

Meghan Spinelli has extensive experience working in healthcare. Her past involvements have included, The United States Coast Guard Medical Infirmary and The New Jersey Department of Corrections. At the Department of Corrections Mrs. Spinelli found her passion for working with underserved populations. This exposure has led to her success in her current position. As Vice President of Community Relations, Meghan is responsible for overseeing outreach services, collaborating and building relationships with local community agencies, school administration, faith based entities, affordable housing mangers and businesses, guaranteeing community residents are aware of all services offered at CompleteCare. Meghan is the Vice Chair for the Cumberland /Salem Health and Wellness Alliance and represents CompleteCare on health leadership councils throughout Cape May, Cumberland and Gloucester Counties.

Jessie began her journey with CompleteCare in 2006 as a Certified Medical Assistant, having Administrative and Payroll experience she transferred out of the Clinical setting and returned to the administrative setting taking on the duties of Payroll Manager while assisting in the VP of Operations in the clinical areas this knowledge led her to a seamless transition into her current position. As the Director of Facilities and Corporate Compliance, Jessie oversees CompleteCare’s 20 Medical and Dental sites ensuring our facilities are secure and maintained properly, she also oversees contractors for facility renovation and new site projects. She works to ensure we are operating within local, state and federal regulations and Joint Commission standards. Jessie also is part of the State and Local County Emergency Preparedness Teams.

In this role as Dental Director of CompleteCare, Dr. Dungasi is responsible for the delivery of high quality dental services, supervising and recruiting dental staff, program planning, quality assurance and peer review. Preceding graduation from University of Quebec at Trois-Rivieres in Canada with a bachelor of science in Medical Biology, Dr. Dungasi graduated in 2004 as Dental Medicine Doctor ( DMD) at University of Montreal in Canada. He completed in 2005 a General Practice Residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University/Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York and in 2006 he completed a second year General Practice Residency ( Chief Resident) at St- Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York. Dr. Dungasi is currently pursuing MBA in Health Care Management at Western Governors University (Utah, USA) started in 2014 to be completed in 2016. Dr. Dungasi was awarded the Research award by St Barnabas Hospital in 2006 and the Benjamin Franklin award by CompleteCare in 2010. He currently lives in Bridgeton.

Dong has been a critical member of the CCHN team for 20 years. When he began as an IS Technician, CompleteCare only had two health centers. As we experienced a massive expansion, Dong has kept pace by building our information technology infrastructure and data center. As Senior Systems Engineer, Dong has overseen every tech innovation project CompleteCare has implemented over the past two decades. In his new role as Director, he continues to build on that progress with a focus on giving us the ability to access and use the data we need to ensure that we are able to provide the best possible care for our patients, measure the quality of that care, deliver excellent customer service and ensure the sustainability of our organization.

Anna has over 20 years of experience working in healthcare settings and has been part of the CompleteCare family since 2005. The combination of her experience and degree in Business Studies as well as training as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist has allowed her to blend both aspects of her position seamlessly. Anna is responsible for the daily operations of the Medical Staff Department, budgeting planning and coordination of information flow between other department to assure consistency, communication and efficiency. She is responsible for monitoring applicable regulations and accreditation standards related medical staff and credentialing & privileging process.

Kelly has been a member of CompleteCare’s Human Resources team for the past 16 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from DeVry University and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Kelly has served as the Co-Chair and Secretary for the NJPCA Human Resources Director’s meetings.

Ms. Alvarez began working for CompleteCare in 1994 as an LPN. She was the Health Center Manager for Millville and later received her RN in 2008. She became the Vineland Health Center Manager in 2008 until 2015 during which time she obtained both a BSN and MSN from Wilmington University. As Director of Quality and Clinical Excellence, Ms. Alvarez promotes the mission of CompleteCare Health Network by establishing a formal, universal, organization-wide system to monitor and continuously improve all work processes aimed at optimum outcomes in patient care, customer service, and in administrative operations. This system involves coordination within and between departments and facilities and relies on a thorough evaluation of clients' needs and expectations, and operating requirements. Ms. Alvarez resides in Millville with her husband and two children.

Carmen has been a member of the CompleteCare nursing team for the past three decades. In 1993 she was named as the Director of Nursing. Prior to working for CompleteCare she worked for the local hospital system in Pediatrics.
