Major Function: To continually exceed the expectations of our customers by giving them an exceptional service. To act as the face and voice of the program, answers telephones, schedules appointments, takes messages, type, file, check all email accounts daily and maintains outside referral log. Develop and disseminate information and any other duties as required for programmatic success. The Program Administrative Assistant must also adhere to our quality standards of: Professionalism, Positivity, Productivity, Promptness, and Kindness.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for performing assigned administrative duties in an efficient manner
  • Ensure that successful administration of the program is maintained
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and supervision of after school programs and activities

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Associate degree preferred with course work in computer system, communication, booking and general office skills

Physical Requirements:

  • May require sitting and/or standing for periods of time
  • Ability to be mobile and load/push a supply cart
